Collection & Local Delivery

Thanks for shopping with WebDuke Computers! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

🏠 Local Delivery

All used, refurbished and ready-built PCs, including new ready-built systems, are collection only. Local delivery is available for eligible made-to-order PCs and other eligible products, subject to address eligibility and vehicle availability.

We offer local delivery for eligible orders to addresses within 7 miles of our store at 16 Warburton Lane, Partington, Manchester, M31 4WJ. Local delivery is subject to vehicle availability and eligibility at checkout.

Once your build is complete or your stock has arrived, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If no suitable delivery slot is available, collection can be arranged as an alternative.

Collection by appointment

Orders can be collected from 16 Warburton Lane, Partington, Manchester, M31 4WJ.
We will let you know when your order is ready.

Please contact us to arrange a collection slot before visiting to avoid any clashes with other bookings and bring your order confirmation.

Order preparation and delivery timings

For custom PC builds, please allow 3–5 working days after your appointment for parts delivery, assembly and testing. We will keep you updated on progress.

This is the build preparation estimate, not a promised local delivery date; local delivery is arranged separately once the build has been completed.

For ordered-in products, we will confirm when your stock has arrived and your order is ready for collection or eligible local delivery.

No postal or courier shipping

We offer collection or eligible local delivery only. We do not offer postal, courier or direct-from-supplier delivery to customers. Parts ordered from our suppliers come to us before your order is ready for collection or eligible local delivery.

Due to the delicate nature of modern gaming PCs, collection is required for used, refurbished and ready-built PCs, including new ready-built systems, and recommended for made-to-order PCs - this also allows a walk through of your new PC and its features and any questions you may have about it.
