Thanks for shopping with WebDuke Computers! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
🏠 Local Delivery
We offer local drop-off delivery for customers near our store in Partington, Manchester — and it's completely free! Please note that local delivery is subject to limited availability. Once you've placed your order, we'll be in touch to confirm a suitable delivery date and time that works for you.
📦 Standard Shipping
For qualifying orders outside our local delivery area, we ship across the UK using DPD or Royal Mail. Please note most of our custom PCs are collection only due to their delicate nature (glass panels, heavy graphic cards etc)
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free delivery on all orders over £500 🎉
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
- Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days - All custom PCs normally take between 3-5 working days after the appointment, unless specified otherwise.
- Pickup will be confirmed once your item is ready, please allow between 1-2 days in case stock needs to be ordered in,
📍 Areas We Don't Currently Serve
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Southern Ireland
- Guernsey
- Jersey

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to follow your delivery through DPD or Royal Mail's tracking portals.
