Warranty Terms

Refurbished PCs:

​All refurbished PCs at WebDuke are assembled and tested here at WebDuke, ensuring the highest quality standards. Each PC undergoes stress testing and benchmarking to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Warranty Coverage Refurbished:

​All refurbished PCs come with a minimum of 3 months warranty for any item refurbished in-house. This warranty covers any hardware issues that may arise during the specified period.

Warranty Coverage New Builds:

​All new pre-built PCs come with a comprehensive 12 months in-house warranty, providing you with complete peace of mind. This warranty covers any hardware defects that may occur during the first year of usage.

​Under this warranty, we offer free repair of hardware or a one-time replacement of any faulty component.

Exclusions New:

​Please note that warranty coverage for graphics cards is provided directly by the manufacturer and is not included in our warranty scheme. However, our support team can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims related to the graphics card.

Warranty Coverage Explained:

​In the case of a faulty component, we will arrange a replacement to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted gaming experience.

WebDuke reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if it is determined that the item has been tampered with, modified, or replaced with another faulty product.

​Please note that warranty coverage for new graphics cards is provided directly by the manufacturer and is not included in our warranty scheme. However, our support team can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for
warranty claims related to the graphics card.

​Our warranty coverage extends to the hardware components specified in the purchased PC. Software-related issues, including operating systems and applications, are not covered under our warranty policy. However, we will provide limited software support to assist you in resolving any software-related queries or compatibility issues.

Our warranty does not cover accidental or water damage, damage caused by improper hardware installation or removal, or damage resulting from cleaning. We recommend following the provided guidelines for hardware maintenance and handling.

What is not covered?

Accidental damage
Liquid damage
Damage to screens
Damage to surrounds, fascias, lids or keyboards
Issues caused by any modification of the internal or externals of the device
Issues as a result of third party software
Any parts or components added since the item was purchased

Please Note:

We will return you device to you and void your warranty if:

. There is evidence that the device has been tampered with.
. We find any supplementary defects to the device outlined in the ‘What is not covered?’ section above.

Please make sure to package your item as securely as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit due to insecure packaging.

Disclaimer:

Overclocking your CPU or GPU will void the warranty. It is important to operate your PC within the specified limits to maintain the warranty coverage.
