Collection and local delivery

All orders are available for collection from WebDuke Computers at 16 Warburton Lane, Partington, Manchester, M31 4WJ. Eligible orders can also be arranged for local delivery to addresses within 7 miles of the store, subject to vehicle availability.

All used, refurbished and ready-built PCs, including new ready-built systems, are collection only and are not eligible for local delivery. Made-to-order PCs remain eligible for local delivery, subject to address eligibility and vehicle availability.

We do not offer postal, courier or direct-from-supplier delivery. Any parts ordered from our suppliers come to us before your order is ready for collection or eligible local delivery.

Collection by appointment

Please contact us to arrange a collection slot before visiting. Collection is by appointment so we can have your order ready and give you our full attention.

We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Local delivery within 7 miles

For eligible orders other than used, refurbished or ready-built PCs, local delivery is subject to eligibility at checkout and vehicle availability. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your build is complete or your stock has arrived.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date when you place your order. If no suitable delivery slot is available, collection can be arranged as an alternative.

Custom PC builds and ordered-in stock

For custom PC builds, please allow 3–5 working days for parts delivery, assembly and testing. We will keep you updated on progress. This is the build preparation estimate, not a promised local delivery date; local delivery is arranged separately. A delay can be expected during busier periods (like Christmas) - we will inform you of this when ordering.

For ordered-in products, we will confirm when your stock has arrived and your order is ready for collection or eligible local delivery (to be arranged pending availability). Used, refurbished and ready-built PCs remain collection only.
