Affordable, friendly, knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend WebDuke enough to anyone looking for a Gaming PC Repair, Consultation and Building service run by someone with proper experience. I brought in my Razer Core X, whose PSU had blown out due to a power surge, to David check whether my GPU had been damaged. He was extremely welcoming, and went through all the diagnostics with me—a full range of benchmarks—and confirmed everything that was needed. All for a £20 service. Following which, I decided to order a Custom PC from him using my (thankfully still perfect condition) RTX 3070. The custom building service cost me £80, and it couldn't have been a better experience. He sent off for the parts immediately on receipt of payment—most of which arrived within the next few days on account of knowing the local couriers very well—and within a week he delivered to my doorstep a new desktop, fully tested and with Windows and all necessary programs installed. During the building process, he kept me diligently updated with progress, along with sharing highlights of the extensive benchmark testing and comparison. Along with the PC itself, he included all the original boxes and manuals for each of the parts along with spare cables. My custom rig (AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, MSI B650, MSI RTX 3070, 32GB DDR5, 2TB m2 SSD, Fractal Pop Air Solid) arrived pristine, with brilliant cable-management, and booted up first try. Sets a precedent that all small businesses should strive for. Thank you!

Came to WebDuke for a GPU upgrade and a new SSD, and he installed them perfectly fine for me! Also solved the issue I had with my cooler, ran tests before and after the upgrade to my PC, updated my drivers, and was always around to answer my questions! Super helpful, and also fast!
